We are a newly organized blank check company. While we may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business or industry, we intend to focus on a target in an industry which complements our executive team’s, board’s and sponsor’s expertise and which will benefit from our strategic and operational value add. We also intend to focus on industries that complement our executive team’s background, and to capitalize on the ability of our executive team to identify and acquire a business, primarily focusing on the enterprise software sector, although we could ultimately pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business, industry, sector or geographical location if the right opportunity arises. Our sponsor, Arrowroot Acquisition LLC, is a Delaware limited liability company formed by Arrowroot Capital Management, LLC ("Arrowroot Capital") and our management team. Our sponsor is managed by entrepreneurs, seasoned operators and technology-oriented investors with a shared vision of identifying and investing in innovative and agile technology and technology-enabled businesses, primarily in the enterprise software sector, that are public company-ready and focused on accessing liquidity through the capital markets.
